Mtre Verreault-Sinotte, founding Notary of SVS notaires, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Université de Sherbrooke in 2013, and a master’s degree in Notarial law from Université de Montréal in 2021.
Before being admitted to the notarial profession, Mtre Verreault-Sinotte was a member of the Quebec Bar for several years, where she practiced civil and banking law in private practice. This experience enabled her to develop many outstanding legal tools and reflexes, which are now very useful in her notarial practice.
Her great passion for the law and her ability to explain legal concepts in simple terms are major assets in helping you at every stage of your transactions, with complete trust.

Emilie Sfeir
Notary
Ms. Emilie Sfeir holds a Bachelor of Laws obtained in 2022 as well as a Master’s degree in Notarial Law completed in 2023. Sworn in in 2024, she practices the notarial profession with rigor and commitment.
Before becoming a notary, Ms. Sfeir gained valuable experience in real estate law during her studies, which allowed her to develop strong legal instincts and an in-depth understanding of the issues involved in real estate transactions. Today, her practice focuses primarily on real estate law, personal law, and various related areas.
Recognized for her human approach, her ability to clearly explain legal concepts, and her attention to detail, Ms. Sfeir supports her clients with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. She ensures that every step of the process is accessible, reassuring, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
